Joy Ely is a talented experienced Interior Designer with whom I enjoy working. She has a talent for pulling the entire room together with just the right colors and materials that go beyond working on just the materials board but in the space itself. She cares about the Client and goes out of her way to see that, not only are the client's needs met but that the work is done well and at a high quality level.
