My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What can I say....terrific customer service and excellence design assistance! I LOVE lavender Fields one of my favorite home shops so many Gorgeous items. My home is decorated with many, many of their furnishings and I feel like what I bought is so very, very timeless! I had ordering problems with personnel saying that I was sent emails about shipping delays when I did not. LF personnel argued with me that they never had negative reviews (implying that the problem was mine). Personnel told me that their email had gone in my spam (but the first confirmation email obviously had not). I was disappointed with customer service and would not use this company again. A gift arrived long after I ordered and long after the event had passed.

I am surprised by this review. As the owner and president of Lavender Fields I personally spoke to this customer and in no way argued. We did send her an email and I have proof of that. I told her that the order was delayed by email the day after her order was placed. I just suggested that it could have gone into spam. I find it surprising that because I stated we had no bad reviews she decided to write one. We have been in business over 15 years with many happy customers. I had offered a refund to this customer but she refused. We tried our very best to make her happy but no matter what we did it was not enough.

Lori is a true professional with so much talent! With her training and experience , she is so accomplished. Her designs are fresh and amazing, she's great with customers and a delight to work with! Lavenderfields has so many gorgeous lines...furniture, lighting, accessories and the list seems to grow daily! A Go To Design Team!!
