I recently engaged from Look Home Staging to provide advice to me on how to present our 3 bedroom home for sale. It was really important that we sold quickly and at the best possible price as we had already committed to a purchase elsewhere. Although I had some idea of how I felt the house could look at its best, when you are so used to your layout, furniture and possessions, it's quite hard in reality to fully appreciate how it will be viewed by potential buyers! Heidi gave me some honest and very helpful advice on what pieces should be removed or relocated, and also provided me with some artwork and some other ornamental pieces to highlight or hide certain areas. I must say it really improved the look and feel of the place. We received 10 offers within two days of the first open home and signed a contract that week for $30K more than we had expected to get! Heidi has a very warm and friendly style, and clearly has a talent for what she does - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
