An invaluable 1 stop resource. Shawn Martin at Lowes aids in planning, organizing, coordinating and follow through on multiple projects. Thus far (because of his service) we have been delighted with the installation of: 28k whole home generator; 2 complete high end HVAC systems, 2 sets of primary entry doors, other doors, pergola planning, deck expansion planning, and fence installation (mixed board on board and chain link). Best of all, he follows through and remains in contact throughout the project.
Shawn finds the best of contractors to do the work. The sole glitch is Lowe's suppliers for specialty projects often do not deliver what is ordered to specification or quality. Here, again, Shawn has been great for quality control and curing problems as they arise.
