Once we’ve identified a style, I then help them to bring this vision to life in their homes, enlisting services from my network of trusted suppliers and contractors, contacts with whom I have built strong relationships with over my many years in the industry. From idea conception and design consultation to the final touches, I work collaboratively with my clients, maintaining strong lines of communication throughout the process to ensure that the result of our partnership is financially manageable, as well as aesthetically pleasing. Lorie struck the right balance between incorporating our preferences and bringing fresh, original perspectives to our whole home renovation in Menlo Park, CA. She has privileged relationships with an array of vendors, and brought those to bear for needs as varied as building four perfect custom upholstered chairs to sourcing our family's dining table (which we enjoy every single day.) The renovation came out better than we could have hoped for, and a large part of that success is due to the exquisite touches that Lorie provided.

Lorie of LSDesign provided us with design and project manager oversight for our kitchen remodel including the removal of two walls thus creating a beautiful open concept for us to enjoy. Years ago we were invited to a party at Lorie's house. I was so impressed by the simplicity, functionality and timeless beauty of her home. At that time I didn't know she was helping friends re-do their homes. Many years later, we decided our home needed a re-fresh. I had remembered Lorie's home and how similar her tastes were to mine. By this time, Lorie had a full-on busy company, so we were excited she could help us! Lorie is very meticulous about work done in your home. Even to the point of arranging the wooden floor planks in our house!! She checks in quite a bit and expects you to get your homework done! She doesn't mess around!! But at the same time, very friendly! We are very happy with the outcome of our home. The quality is outstanding. It is a modern home without being too sterile. Lorie can work with all different styles and budgets. We went over our budget, which I guess is quite common. Give Lorie a try! You won't be disappointed!
