Moreover, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for your team's exceptional project management skills. Timelines were strictly adhered to, and any unexpected challenges were met with professionalism and efficiency. Your unwavering dedication to delivering within the stipulated timeframes and budget constraints made the entire process smooth and stress-free for me. Our residential project was never completed. Mosid first delayed, then abandoned work, and eventually became unresponsive when their mistakes in designing, waterproofing and electrical work were pointed out. Communication between their teams was poor and our work was held up and most often incorrectly done as a result. We are now redoing everything done by them at our own cost. Please do your research before hiring a design studio.

Hire at own risk! They seemed okay at first but eventually there were multiple problems to which they never offered us any solutions. They promised us that they would hire someone for site supervision which they never did. This is why my dad had to go on site everyday and thankfully caught a lot of their mistakes before they could completely ruin our house. Even after multiple complaints, they never made an attempt to resolve anything. Not only are they clueless about their job but their sheer arrogance makes it even more difficult to work with them. Please do not hire them unless you want to face the things we faced. Just to quote a few examples : - the waterproofing work was poor quality and eventually abandoned - they broke the exterior tiles of the house without our knowledge - Expensive wires disappeared from the house - Gave us incorrect advice which would be ways of extracting as much money from us as possible - Introduced site visitation charges per visit even though it was never mentioned in our contract after we complained that there was no supervision from their end. Although it was mentioned in their contract that they will be responsive and try to deliver on the agreed timeline, they became unresponsive and abandoned the project. My parents have lost a lot of time, money and have been drained emotionally and physically through this process.
