Am satisfied with the overall outcome which is very similar to what was design. Carpentry work still have quite some room for improvement as workmanship on some areas are lacking. Especially on laminate joints, a lot of glues residue that need clean up. Lots of stained mark. Few uneven areas that went unnoticed but was rectified upon feedback. Coordination can be more well planned. For example my curtain blind was not working. Some electrical works were also wrongly connected, for example the connection causing blind not working. Switch for the 2 way fan was installed incorrectly, 2 way switch for the mezzanine lights were also installed incorrectly. Most were rectified after the feedback. So more improvements on double checking the contractor work by PM needed instead of owner.
