My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Established in 2013, NT Design is an award winning boutique design and renovation firm specializing in creating extraordinary projects on realistic budgets. We are a fresh and forward thinking design and build firm that is driven to create extraordinary spaces, including designer interiors, bespoke kitchens and architecture that provide a high end emotional connection for our clients. Our strength is listening to our clients’ needs and developing an architecture that is an expression of their lifestyle and stylistic preferences combined with NT Design's own unique design sense. Integrating design with build services, and adding a diverse accumulation of suppliers and products, we strive to design in an inventive and creative way. The design/build model streamlines renovations and provides singular responsibility, maintaining design integrity during construction. We used NT Designs to decorate the nursery and three years later it’s still my favorite room in the house! She worked with our budget and design preferences to create a functional and beautiful room. We liked it so much, we hired NT Designs again to decorate my toddler’s new room, too!

Naz was an absolute joy to work with on the complete renovation of our home! She was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and guided us through every phase of the project including the design, material selection and furnishings. She did a fantastic job listening, understanding, and designing a plan for our home that was both functional and reflected our vision. Naz was patient and kind as we struggled to make decisions throughout the process! She always provided us options and made sure that our personalities and taste were reflected in each choice. She also coordinated with our general contractor on every aspect to ensure the process was proceeding smoothly and on time. Finding a designer that we could trust and rely on was so important to us. We would highly recommend NT Designs and will definitely use Naz and her team for future projects! We absolutely love our home!
