Kim went above and beyond great design. This was a huge job and a big house COMPLETELY redone. Every surface, furniture, the whole 9 yards. We could not have imagined the incredible work in all aspects of the remodel. To say we would recommend her is an understatement. Kim rules !!!!

Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with on our big house project. She was very responsive and quick to schedule meetings. She was also very helpful with things from kitchen layout and countertops to closet design and paint colors. Her knowledge and experience shine. We were put in contact when our realtor recognized that we were trying to find a home that reflected our personality and style. Miami to Park City was a drastic difference and we were confused about how our home would reflect our identity. From the first day we met Kim, when we were looking at houses, we knew she was stylish and she wanted to get to know us so that we could mesh our Miami style with our new Park City lifestyle. When we finally found the house we wanted, Kim was already working on getting everything in place so that when we moved to Park City, we were ready to live in our house with everything we wanted to be renovated completed. Kim was always readily available to help us pick the perfect paint color, wood stain, carpeting, lighting and that little piece of furniture that would fit in that awkward corner that no one else was able to figure out – she also really made it easy for us to convey our likes and dislikes which we thought would be a difficult undertaking. Kim was a perfectionist in making sure the painting and wood floors were done to the highest quality (I guess that is where she came up with the name of her company) and if there were any issues, she handled it and let us know after the issues were all resolved. It was amazing how she was able to get everything done in such a high quality, the way she said it would be done, in the short amount of time we had from when we purchased our home and were moving to Utah. When we finally moved here, she already had seen our furniture and art we were moving with, and was able to get us moved in quickly without a hiccup. She took all the stress away and made our new home beautiful. Her suggestions made our home exactly as we would have wanted it but didn’t know how to get it there before we met her. Thank you Kim for everything.

I renovated my entire Ranch Place home with past summer, 2016. Kim was instrumental in helping me see past my very dated 13 year old home into what was possible. I now have a completely new home that I love! Prior to my remodel, I listed my house to sell in hopes of finding something more modern to buy. I'm so grateful I asked her to come out and give me her thoughts. This remodel makes me smile everyday!

Kim was able to help us decorate our winter home in Utah while we were living in New York! We needed to furnish an entire home with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Not an easy feat! She was great about communicating via Skype and texting with photos of selections that made it easy to pick out what we liked and what we didn't - which was infrequent due to the fact that she really listened to our wants and needs for our project. She was willing to shop around for the best pricing and made some great finds at local consignment stores. She kept us well under budget! We are continuing to use her services to finish our project by adding more decorative flair to our home this winter while we live there and look forward to working with her in person!
