I hired Patty a few months ago to get some assistance with the on going decisions I needed to make for the home I am currently building at the Glacier Club, in Durango Colorado. Building a home can be so overwhelming. Just trying to keep track of all the decisions that need to be made by certain deadlines is a full time job. I can not say enough about how Patty has stepped in and helped me. She helped me with paint colors, fixtures, fabrics, flooring and so much more. She has an incredible vision for bringing all the components together in perfect harmony. I not only admire her talent and her delivery of suggestions, but also the enthusiasm that she has as she is doing it. She is intoxicating and you will fall in love with her as I did.

Patty did a fantastic job staging my home. She has an incredible eye for color and was able to incorporate beautiful artwork and decorative pieces to our existing decor. Patty is not only professional but extremely friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend using her!!!

Patricia was AMAZING and her creativity and ideas really brought out the finest features in our home. Loved her energy and really learned a lot about the design process just by seeing it all come together with her expertise.

We signed a staging contract with Patricia based on the recommendation from our realtor without seeing any of her previous works first. It is only natural that we were a little anxious at first. But we decided to trust her after her gave a few initial pointers: removing some furniture pieces; removing most curtains to bring our backyard landscape into the house; changing the color of the fireplace tiles and bathroom cabinet, etc. . The final product with some of her furnitures is really nice. It is simple, tasteful and also has wow factors. She was also generous to give extra help without charging. We were able to receive multiple offers beyond our asking price. It was a good decision to ask for her help.

Patricia was professional and very helpful in the staging of our house for sale. She worked tediously to get the right decorations and accent pieces setup for our house. She worked with the real estate agent along with the handyman to make sure her vision was met and executed to perfection. Because of her work our house sold with two weeks. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Patricia was very professional and we were impressed by the transformation of our home. She was also considerate of the fact that we have two young children. She designed our home to have a "Wow" factor and she delivered.

Its not overstating to say that Patti came to my rescue. My house had been a rental for about 3 years and the property management company had done a less than stellar job overseeing its upkeep. When I went to inspect the house before putting it on the market to I wasn't just distressed I panicked and started looking for help in making things shipshape again. The first thing Patti did was review pictures of the home and peel me off the ceiling with kind reassuring words. She made an appt. to view, came up with stellar suggestions, made the house look great and was completely responsive and dependable. I would say more but I hope you get the picture. I would ask for her help again in a heartbeat. What a pleasure to work with and the house looked great and sold in less than a month.

I met Patricia back in April when I inquired about staging my mom's townhome. I already knew enough about staging to know that it would be a good investment; that the cost would more than pay for itself by a likely increased sales price and less days on the market, so I didn't need to be sold on whether to stage or not. I just needed to find someone that I felt comfortable with and would be able to provide the end result I wanted. By the end of that first 1 hour meeting with Patricia at my moms townhome, I knew I didn't need to meet anyone else (which is unlike me, so this tells you how confident I felt about her from the start). We discussed her vision on how she would like to stage the home and yard, and what she would like me to do to prep the home. Although I knew the townhome would need to be painted and the carpet replaced, she had also suggested a handful of things to replace that would not be too costly but would bring it up to date. This was mainly new faucets and replacement of a couple of ceiling fans. She also suggested some things to remove. What I was most grateful for was that she suggested for me not only the paint color but also, per my request, the fans, faucets and carpeting to purchase. (This was done by back and forth texts over the next several weeks), Every change/purchase she suggested looked great. Near the end of the prep work I met with several real estate agents. They were very pleased by how the townhome looked; the paint color, carpeting, new fixtures and fans, and windows sparkling and the light streaming in. At about this same time my sister decided to purchase the townhome from my mom, so we obviously did not have it staged. I have no doubt it would have looked amazing. When I decide to sell my home the first person I will contact will be Patricia. I appreciated her patience with all my questions (and I had a lot of them); she was so available. I truly think she looks at the relationship with her client as a partnership. I think she appreciated that ultimately I trusted her vision and knew she had my best interest and the end result in mind. And I felt her price for the staging was very reasonable. I think she has a true servants heart and a desire to perform her job with excellence. She loves what she does. I highly recommend her.
