We paid $750 for a 90-minute consultation with Rachel Wright Design and came away very disappointed. She spent most of the time talking about herself and her own ideas rather than asking about our needs, wants, or budget. No notes, no measurements, and no deliverables were provided, despite her implying that sketches would follow. After payment, communication stopped entirely. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I caution others before using her services.

Rachael is top quality! She can walk into a space and just know how to turn it into amazing. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she can envision how to reconstruct a space to make the most of it, and i love her style! She's helped me and my husband with furnishing a rental property, and most recently, has provided expertise on my construction project for my new home from new front door designs to, to knocking down walls and adding windows, to our latest outdoor deck. Rachael is quality, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend her and also look forward to working with her again.

As someone who works in the (graphic) design field I've always assumed my eye for interior design was pretty good. But what Rachael did to my house was more than just an aesthetic lift. She considered the way I live in my space, what my practical needs are, how I socialize, what to do about the economics of the mother-in-law basement, and then of course made it all beautiful. She didn't just validate my hopes for an interior designer, she exceeded all of my expectations of what a designer can do.
