We are very pleased with RCH ! We worked with them online and asked for specific hardware for our home - knobs for the kitchen, the laundry and the bathrooms. I highly recommend RCH Supply Co, and their products. We contracted to get crystal and stone knobs for our home upgrades. We've received a very high quality product (much better looking and higher quality than we'd expected), delivered to our door within the specified time. No headache home design! Have yet to do business with RCH Supply Co. through Houzz, but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to. We spent the extra $$ to get our new home outfitted with RCH door / cabinet knobs, wall brackets, and chandelier chain and it was so worth it! Their decor products are really high quality and they were super helpful (by email and phone) when we had questions about installation. Great products and great customer service. Highly recommend!
