Angela and James have done a fantastic job on our extensive cottage renovation. The house required major structural repairs, and we also opted for some esthetic changes. Angela has a real gift for design, and James has an incredible eye for detail. We couldn’t be happier!

We hired Reviving Design to gut and re-do our bathroom from nothing. Started with a meeting with Angela, to planning, to changing the plans, to gutting and rebuilding by James. Everything went extremely well from start to finish. The devil is always in the details and Angela has them all covered. The finished product is everything we hoped. Although we encountered a few issues and design changes we came in right on budget. I will definitely be using Reviving Design on future projects!

After relocating to a spacious bungalow originally built in the 1960’s, we found ourselves very much needing Angela Martel’s Reviving Design help. A previous renovation that included a large sun room addition with views of the St. Lawrence River had created over 900 square feet of open concept living space (i.e., this room plus living room, dining room and kitchen). However, there was a lack of flow through these principal areas and the home’s main entrance door now came directly into the dark, cramped kitchen. Angela used her many great skills to patiently and pleasantly guide us through the potentially bewildering choices for updates to the paint colours, furnishings, fixtures, kitchen remodeling, and new 8 x 10 foot mud room entranceway! Plus even more significantly because we were often away with work, she demonstrated superb project management abilities to pull the various renovation professionals together into meeting the agreed-upon schedule. We thus provide our highest recommendation. To summarize Angela’s excellent work on our extensive home renovation project with two key phrases, she delivered on her commitment to get the job done: ON-TIME and ON-BUDGET.

The Board of Directors of The Four Winds originally hired Angela to do a mock up to spruce up and modernize the lobby and 1st floor.
