We were more than impressed with Candi and the design work that she did for our house. From the moment she entered the house she immediately picked the style of the furnishings and the rooms that should be furnished ( not all the rooms were furnished. The finished project was gorgeous! She communicated confidence and was very easy to work with. The house sold almost immediately after she completed the project!

Candi staged our home beautifully and professionally. We had many comments on how well the home looked. She was easy to work with and did the job quickly. Our realtor even requested her information to use her in future. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to stage their home.

Candi was able to work within our budget and deliver a dramatic change for our living room. I had to convince my husband a change was needed and after seeing the results he agreed it was the right decision! In fact, he wants to keep going with a few more rooms. Candi made the process easy by providing honest feedback, demonstrating patience when we would change our choices, and using an idea board to present our options. We are excited to see our next room transformation.

We hired Candi Randolph of Simply Designed in 2015 to help with some redecorating of our condo on the beach. We were also having some construction done and she was able to oversee that for us as well, as we live out of town. She did an amazing job, kept us updated and informed of all progress. We loved her work and work ethic so much that we hired her again in 2016 to finish the rest of the condo. As we progressed through this second phase, Candi again did an outstanding job. She is a qualified professional and produces great results. We love her work and if we ever need anyone again, we will definitely call Candi.

Simply Designed did an excellent job for us staging our house in Naples. The house sold in about 2 weeks after being staged. Just loved her style...put just the perfect touches on the house. It looked beautiful. She was so professional and always got right back to me with any questions I had. Setup and takedown went smoothly and she kept us informed via email as we live in Wisconsin. Would hire her again in an instant!

Outstanding. After my move into a new build w/ open concept living/dining/kitchen area, I was overwhelmed & at a loss as to how to coordinate furnishings. Candi visited my home, we discussed my goals and preferences and what I did & did not like. She came up w/ a color palette and great suggestions. We also spent time shopping at local stores - and she provided suggestions of other stores for me to visit. I couldn't be happier w/ the items that were selected when she was with me - they meet all my criteria and fit beautifully in the space. We got through a large remodel, but couldn't decide on wall colors and kitchen backsplash tiles. Candi came to our rescue and chose great colors and a stunning backsplash. She also gave guidance with all our accessories. Everyone who sees our home is impressed. A few other neighbors with the same home are duplicating ours. We again called Candi to help with Paver colors and wall colors in our pool / lanai area, again it looks great. We ar going to have Candi help us select new living room furniture in the fall. We highly reccomend Candi, and believe you would be pleased with her.
