Lockdown really came as a saviour for us! We had a hard time searching for an interior designer who understood our needs. We wanted a home, where we could relax at the end of the day and be at ease and not a showroom. A showroom kinda feel is what most of them offered. And we had almost given up and agreed to go ahead with one of them since we didn't wanna waste anymore time, but that's when I found SNS of design on Houzz. I'm so thankful for that! Smitha took the effort to listen to us, and brought our vision into reality and may be even better than that. It was really easy and comfortable to communicate with her and her team, and having a similar wavelength has really helped a lot. I stay in an ancestral house and the need for space and storage got us thinking of some redesigning and re-spacing our bedroom. Although our initial plan was slightly different, Smitha came up with a better design and idea which helped save cost and time and involved less complication. The great thing about the whole designing was that she took the pain and effort to understand our requirement rather than just designing for the sake of space, which we appreciated. There were small tweaks and changes to suit us as work progressed and she ensured all our needs were met and covered to our liking. long story short, we got exactly what we wanted - free space, enhanced storage, work station and bunk bed for our son and in the process a new familiar face at our home :) .
