Since establishing her interior design firm, Studio Thomas, in Denver, Colorado, in 2013, Kristen Thomas and the team have been designing high-end residential projects worldwide. My husband and I were at a complete loss of how to make the custom home we bought, that was built by others, feel like our own. A friend recommended Studio Thomas, and we’re so grateful she did! At our consultation, Kristen Thomas and Kristin Drake asked the perfect questions to understand our style, even though to us, our initial ideas were random and vague, at best. Our hope was to walk through our home and feel that it completely reflected our personalities. We wanted to feel listened to, and included in decisions that were important, but not bogged down by those that weren’t. And lastly, we wanted to feel that there was value in hiring them. Studio Thomas truly delivered on it all! They are the nicest, most talented people, and were a joy to go with through the process. We’re so thankful to the entire office! I miss them in my life!

Kristen Thomas and her staff at Studio Thomas have been invaluable to my husband and me during our long-distance new home build in Colorado. Kristen was involved with the selection and design of almost all interior and exterior elements: paint, stain, stone, flooring, counters, beautiful tile designs and drawings to guide the installers, lighting, hardware, rugs, furniture, mirrors, window treatments, bedding, pillows, lamps -- right down to hanging the pictures on the wall. As we lived in another state, she was often our on-sight representative with the builder. Kristen was always mindful of our budget and never tried to 'up sell' products. Client satisfaction is Kristen's highest priority. Her honesty, integrity, talent and work ethic made her more than a joy to work with. She was a sanity-saver! I literally don't know how this project could have been done without her.

My husband and I recently built a custom home. We hired Kristen Thomas as our exclusive decorator. She initially started helping us select tile finishes, cabinets, granite, carpeting, and overall color pallet for the home. With Kristen's expertise, we selected all the paint colors so everything would flow well and coordinate nicely. Kristen spent time going through all the selections, layout and style of furniture for each room. She helped select everything from custom draperies, sofas, rugs, tables, beds, accessories, and all the finishing touches from throw pillows, bedding, wall decor, vases, and plants. Kristen helped create a very warm and polished look for our home. Kristen has exquisite taste and we were impressed with her robust library of ideas. She offers confident assistance and has deep knowledge of products and fashion. She got to know our family and our style quickly, which made the entire decorating process smooth. We are extremely happy with the end result and highly recommend Kristen Thomas to anyone!

I highly recommend Studio Thomas to anyone looking for a designer who delivers in every way. Kristen and her energetic team came up with a design for our new home that is uniquely "ours", blending some of our old antiques with the fun, modern pieces we wanted. While many designers I have worked with blow your budget,Studio Thomas was easy to work with, professional, and respectful of our budget, selecting quality pieces that were also a good value. They blended comfort and style, coming to my rescue when my husband found our beautiful new couch uncomfortable. Kristen had the cushions remade to fit his needs and made sure it not only looked beautiful, but felt wonderful to sit on as well.

We have loved working with Kristen and her team at Studio Thomas on a major renovation...from top to bottom including flooring selections of carpet/hardwood/tile, paint colors, drapery, hard surfaces, and fabulous plumbing and lighting options! Kristen was well-prepared and organized, starting from our initial presentation to the finishing installation of area rugs and accessories. Kristen was mindful of our budget, schedule, and personal input as she listened intently to our design ideas and married those beautifully with her creative style. Kristen's work ethic, design insight and ideas, and attention to detail were outstanding and helped us transform a house into our fabulous new home! We just completed our second project with Studio Thomas. We first worked with Kristen Thomas in 2013. She, and her team, did such a fantastic job the first time around, we enlisted her services for our recent remodel. Kristen designed every aspect of our remodel - from paint color, carpet selection, wall covering, drapes, plumbing and light fixtures, hard surface selection to furniture, area rugs and accessories. Kristen and her team worked diligently for for months and months making sure our project stayed on track and delivered the quality we expected while still being cognizant of cost. We cannot be more happy with the end result. Our house is amazing and we owe it all to Studio Thomas. Kristen and her team won't disappoint.

When my husband and I decided to build our 3rd house, we wanted to do it completely different from our other previous homes. We hired Kristen to not only help us with most of the permanent design choices like tile, granite, wall colors and wood floor stain but also furniture and fabrics. We wanted someone who could invision the whole look as we were making these design choices and help us achieve the new look we were going for. Kristen did an excellent job guiding us through the many little details and providing great sources for furniture and fabrics. She provided high quality workmanship and at the same time was mindful of our budget. She is easy to work with and I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.
