Julie is an Amazing designer. We initially worked with her in 2015 to help with a challenging living room. In 2020 we bought a 3 century year old house that needed a full gut renovation. Julie was an amazing partner the whole step of the way. She seamlessly integrated herself into the process working with our architect and builder- Adjusting big things like kitchen lay out , and noticing small details like aligning the door openings to the window. We LOVE our house- it is both functional and cozy. She made what could have been an overwhelming process manageable. I also loved that she is able to flex - not wedded to any particular producer. We have a custom dining table and ikea laundry room. She worked with us until things were right. Julie has beautiful tastes and is a joy to work with .

Julie from Studio Voltaire was a phenomenal design partner during our large scale home renovation in 2023-2024. She worked closely with our GC on the kitchen, living room, primary bathroom, media room, and more to modernize and make our home work for us. She helped with everything from the room layout to paint color, lighting, tiles, window treatments, and large furniture pieces. Throughout the long process, she was easy to communicate with (phone, zoom, and in person) and had great design taste. She incorporated our requests and offered us great options, producing a result that was better than we dreamed. We liked Julie's work so much that we reached out to her again in 2025 to help lay out and select furniture for our large outdoor space.
