For custom window treatments, poor communication and very disorganized. Amy and Mike took an initial $125 payment to come out and take measurements but then took months to inform me they weren't actually going to do the job. Over the past nine months as I have tried to get the job done with them they expected patience and sympathy from me, the customer, as they dealt with family illness and the pandemic, but when I asked for understanding regarding our unemployment due to the pandemic I did not get any. I should not have held on so long to the hope they would actually do my window treatment. I simply didn't know where else to look, being new in town. It was a mistake and I would feel better if I had gone elsewhere months ago. However they never clearly communicated until today that they would not do the job and would not return the initial payment.
