We first worked with Mary Shea of Wiley Designs on a complete remodel of our kitchen and then a year later on a complete remodel of 2.5 baths. Mary was a great listener regarding our preferences and needs. She was resourceful at finding products aligning with our tastes and budget. Her creativity and eye for design provided great direction to our projects. As with any old house, when unexpected surprises arose she was very responsive to questions and great with finding alternative approaches. We also valued her transparency and integrity in estimating costs. Above all, Mary is just a delightful and collaborative person with whom to work.

I have worked with Wiley Designs for nearly 18 years. In that time they have never ceased to provide picture perfect results. Recently we worked on a project involving the complete renovation of the master bath, the guest bath and the kitchen. Their recommendations of materials and design details made a very detailed project a joy to see when complete. Every part of the project from tile to glass served a visually stunning purpose. Most importantly our customers are consistently elated when the project is complete. I would very highly recommend their services.

I have worked with Wiley Designs for over 8 years on many projects. My favorite is the living room where Beth pulled together the entire room starting with a fabric sample for the drapes. When the cost of the drapes felt too high for me she found a different seamstress that did a beautiful job at a better rate. When no area rug seamed just right she found a way to have one custom made. The room is small and the furniture layout was challenging. Beth recommended using just four chairs with a circular center ottoman. I would have never thought of that and it has worked out beautifully. It is perfect for my family of four, or for me and a few friends or for two couples. I'm sure that I use my living room more than most people and it is because of Beth's creativity. I absolutely love the space and will continue to work with Wiley Designs whenever I need design help.

We were the General Contractor at the 2015 Lake Forest Showhouse - Estate of the late John Hughes - and had the privilege of working with Wiley Designs - During the renovation we worked with over 20 different design firms and have to say that Wiley Designs was one of the most organized, professional and thoughtful teams we dealt with. Not only did they produce 3 of the most amazing spaces in the home, they proved to be one of the most competent. Because their spaces encompassed many of the areas undergoing massive renovations, they were required to shift gears on a dime due to unexpected and unforeseen issues and never showed signs of frustration - just creativity! We would highly recommend Wiley to anyone looking to work with a Design Team - they are the ultimate...epitomizing so many of the traits needed in interior design including patience, practical application, originality, organization and of course, creativity!
