Window Expression

Would not recommend. After an initial review of the project, there was no communication for over a month. The only follow-up came via a Houzz message stating: “After reviewing the scope and our current project commitments, we’ve determined that we’re not the best fit for this particular phase of your project.” That conclusion could—and should—have been communicated weeks earlier. Prolonged silence followed by a generic decline reflects poorly on professionalism and respect for a client’s time. Clear and timely communication is basic; unfortunately, it was missing here.

Thank you to Hope and her crew for creating such a beautiful design to our home with her window selections. From the planation shutters, the privacy screen in the bathroom and of course our slidng doors. Would highly recommend them for their price and quality of work. We are extremely happy with the results.

Window Expression owner worked hand in hand with us picking out color combinations and style for the window treatments within our home. Not only did she do the window treatments that we wanted but also did specific pillows and coverings for the sofas. She also did the seat cushion for two sections along the kitchen corner benches. Her patience, professionalism, expertise in all manner of speaking was PERFECT. She also did special covers for the arms and back of our 10 foot and 6 foot vintage white velvet sofas. All very special requests and designs and she produced exactly what we hoped and better. We highly recommend Window Expression for any and all window and other material needs.

We hired Luz for privacy treatments in our entire house, that was 14 windows. I was not sure what I wanted and I am usually very undecisive, but Luz had so many wonderful ideas. She helped guide me and we were able to choose something fresh, modern, and original for each room. I have attached some fotos of the plantation shutters Window Expression installed in my living room and office. I will be working with Luz to make curtains and other window treatments through out my home. She does impecable work and I don’t see work as beautiful as hers anywhere. She helps you design what you want and throws her ideas and has a large variety of fabrics, shades, shutters in her consultation office.
