The team at Estate Iron Works were amazing from start to finish. They were patient with our design and executed flawlessly. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have custom iron work done on their home or business. Indoors or out, they will not disappoint!!!!

I recently completed a very large hand rail project with Estate Iron Work, a family-run business owned by Ben and Pam Schreiner. From start to finish I had a very positive experience. We needed curved hand railing down our very long and winding path to our house on the beach in West Seattle, as well as to both of our guest houses. After reading their on-line reviews, I called Pam, who said if I were looking for curved hand rails, I had come to the right place, as that was their specialty. She was so friendly on the phone that I instantly had a good feeling, and she scheduled her husband Ben to pay a site visit within a couple of days. An experienced metal fabricator, Ben simply paced off my linear feet, and gave me a bid right on the spot, followed the next day by artist sketches of the final look. So impressed with Ben's knowledge, creative ideas, artistic eye, intricate design of a wrought iron railing that perfectly complemented the style of our 1928 home, and very reasonable bid, I chose not to look elsewhere. I quickly made a 50% deposit to get in cue on his 8-10 week waiting list. When our turn came, Ben assigned Austin, his lead fabricator, to supervise the job. Under Austin's expert guidance, the crew was amazing--bending metal on site, framing up and welding the railings in place, so they would fit perfectly. Watching this group of skilled craftsman work was such an education in the amount and variety of labor that goes into a project of this scope. Once framed and in place, off the railing went to the shop for further fabrication, polishing, and fine tuning before going to the powder coater's. Then back on site for final installation. This company is very professional, keeps a tidy work place, focuses on safety, and delivers more than promised. We now have railings that are not only functional, but beautiful with old world charm--one-of-a kind in design and detail, the work of true craftsmen. I couldn't be happier with Estate Iron Work and love supporting small family-run businesses that care about the quality of their work, are still "hands on," and personally see the project through from start to finish.

We were very impressed with the timely manner that our handrail was made from start to finish.Sawyer did a beautiful job of fabricating a much needed handrail with numerous complication's for our front steps.

We couldn't be happier with the recent front walkway railing and full deck railing completed by Estate Iron Work at our home in Sammamish. We were referred to Estate Iron Work by a friend who had used them. Ben, the owner, came out; gave us a quote on the work and did a rough drawing of what we wanted. Within a few days we received a printed quote which we accepted and made our initial partial payment. The quote was quickly updated as we made a few additions/changes. Ben quoted the number of weeks before the job could be completed which came out absolutely accurate. As to the work.. skilled iron artist, Holden, and his assistant, did a beautiful job and everything came out just as projected and quoted.... workmanship and price quote. Thank you, Estate Iron Work, for improving our property aesthetics, value, and safety.

We had Estate Iron Works do a rather large project for us which entailed new railings and a gate, but it needed to match pieces of our old railings that were in different areas. The result was seamless perfection! They really took their time and gave their full artful expertise to our project. The pictures do not do it justice. We ended up working with three different people: Ben (the owner), Sam, and Adam. Everyone was on point. As a side job I think Ben should give hiring lessons b/c each worker was fantastic! Even one of the (I’m guessing new) young hires said something that was profound when they were troubleshooting the relocation of the old gate. We couldn’t be happier with the end product!

We looked at several companies when researching our iron stair rail project. We ultimately selected Estate Iron Works as they had done several other projects near our home, and we were impressed with what we saw. From the time we engaged with them to receive a quote through the design and installation, we received courteous and competent service. The final product was a work of art. EIW matched the curvature of our front walkway and steps perfectly and they added a gate to our rose garden. We have since hired them to come back and add more iron work to our home. They show up when they say they are going to show up, and the projects were completed on time and within budget.
