Vail Manufacturing did an outstanding job on three levels of stair railing at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From initial contact, to measuring for fabrication, to installation, to final price... everything went exactly as they described, and there were no surprises - which is what you want with any custom work. (Actually, there was one surprise: they were able to deliver & install the railing about three weeks earlier than expected - which made me very happy). I highly recommend Vail Manufacturing for their quality and professionalism, and I plan to use their services again for a deck railing - when the time comes. (I wish I had better pics - clearly I am not a photographer).
