I wanted new kitchen cabinets but I did not think of exactly what I wanted. I came to Lowes for help. Audrey was like an angel sent from heaven. She did almost all of the design for me. With the her unique ideas, she showed me what would make my kitchen meet my needs, look beautiful and was within my budget. Great Job!

Audrey was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She had excellent suggestions and listened well to our ideas. She continued to communicate well through the installation phase.

Audrey is truely a pro at designing kitchens and bathrooms. We started with an empty kitchen in a house built in 1902. When we finished we truely had the kitchen of our dreams. She was very patient and good at placing cabinets where they would fit. She took our ideas and told us to come back in a couple of days. before we went back to the store, she sent us her rendition of the kitchen so when we met her, we were pretty certain what we wanted. She then put the finishing touches to design. Upon installing the cabinets and granite in the kitchen she worked with us to exchange a couple of items sent wrong from the factory... Her next challenge was to design two bathrooms. She listened to what we wanted and then proceeded to put together several renditions of which we utilized one of 4 I believe. A true professional and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a kitchen or bathroom.design. She is patient, understanding and really know how to utilize the design software on the computer.
