We hired BathGuys in July 2023 to replace our shower tiles. Sal and his team were friendly and completed the work quickly. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, mold appeared between the tiles and tub. Sal initially offered to redo the grout but never followed through, despite clear communication and requests to schedule the repair. While the installation was efficient, the lack of follow-through on a post-installation issue is very disappointing.

We had a great experience with BathGuys. Sal and his team are hardworking, reliable and extremely pleasant to work with. They were punctual, reasonable and very patient. When we are ready to do our next project, I will not hesitate to call Sal. He is a person of integrity. We highly recommend BathGuys.

Sal is very hard working. Takes your issues seriously. He dedicated 100% of his time for 2 1/2 weeks to complete renovating my 3 baths and tile foyer area. Yes- there were issues but he suggested alternatives and we moved on. And he stayed in touch even after the work was done. He is one of top contractors I have worked with. Try him out guys
