John joined Golden Rule Builders in 2017, bringing with him his passion for art and client satisfaction. John studied Advertising, Art, & Design in college and initially pursued a career as an Art Director, working at some of the top Ad agencies in New York. He continued his passion for art when he joined the police force in Fairfax County by creating national logos, murals, and paintings to help raise money for families of fallen officers. In 2001 John started his own decorative art company in Northern VA, during which time his work was recognized both nationally and internationally giving him the opportunity to paint for the public in Italy, The Netherlands, and France. More recently John has worked in the remodeling industry, where he used his background in art to assist clients with merging functionality, design, and color into their remodeling projects. John lives with his wife and five children in Warrenton VA where he enjoys volunteering both locally and in the Law Enforcement community.
