Cloud 9 Kitchen Design

Agree with previous comments - do not order from Cloud 9! I hired a project last November 2017 and the original dates were never met, the parts were not orders on time and finally ended up installing (very poorly and sloppy) around April/May 2018. The general work was poor, simple measuring mistakes were made and finally the last piece of the work was never finished.

Don't order anything from Cloud 9 Kitchen Design. Ray will take 100% of your money and won't return calls or text messages. I ordered a drawer front two months ago (Feb) and have not received it yet. He told me it was shipping out and now he won't call me back. I'll never do business with him and I've cancelled my other order with him. I might have to take him to small claims court if he tries to dispute my credit card charge back. I called Canyon Cabinets and they don't even show Ray ever placed an order. Spoke to Canyon Creek again today and they stated it should only take 20 business days and they also mentioned that Ray won't call them back either. Be wary of doing business with him or his company.

I purchased new kitchen cabinets from Cloud 9 several years ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks to the consultation I received, I now have a more useable space and Ray's expertise in design was highly valuable. He recommended the right kind of cabinets for the space and I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own. Ray was very patient and he gave me many options in my price range. Ray also kept me informed about everything. I rarely recommend anyone these days due to many bad past experiences. I can say truthfully that I have and will continue to recommend Cloud 9 Kitchen Design because I received quality products, service and consultation at a price that I could afford.

Cloud 9 did my Kitchen in my new construction home. From his patience during the design process and working with the Architect to the last minute changes, Ray was a true professional throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated his great design ideas.
