J’aurais bien aimé dire que je suis satisfaite du résultat de mes rénovations malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas. Depuis la visite de Julie le 16 novembre 2020 pour tout mesurer c’est le silence total. J’ai lui ai laissé deux messages sans réponse. Très déçue. Ginette, Gatineau

Julie, from Cuisines Harmonie, is a true professional, and we highly recommend her. She was patient with us as we took our time to decide on the right design and finishes for the most important room in our home. (Hinton House on the Cuisines Harmonie Houzz page). She provided guidance and ideas, but respected our reservations and style. She was flexible to the complexities involved with working on an older home, and went beyond her area of expertise (kitchens) to help us complete the entire space (included a powder room and fireplace). She was able to recommend highly skilled and reliable contractors to complete the project. She was constantly checking in as construction progressed to ensure everything was on track. You won't regret consulting or working with her for your kitchen renovation.

Nous avons retenu les services de Cuisine Harmonie pour notre cuisine, une salle d'eau et une salle de bain. Le résultat va au delà de nos attentes. Tout est impeccable et vraiment magnifique. Nous avons été particulierement impressionnés par le service à la clientèle tant à l'étape de la planification que pour le service après vente.

Nous voulions rajeunir notre cuisine, Julie nous a très bien conseillés. Nous avons maintenaant une cuisine très moderne avec un comptoir en granit avec un égouttoir intégré,. des luminaires nouveaux et un dosseret en verre Ma cuisine est wow.....Merci Julie. Nous avons également modernié notre foyer, Julie nous a trouvé une tuile extraordinaire qui fait ressortir la beauté du foyer, Elle a fait des recherches pour nous trouver des spots à intégrer dans notre plafond de béton, Toute une saga, mais le résultat est mag;nifique.

I have effectively redone my house with the help of Julie from Cuisines Harmonie, including the kitchen (the modern looking kitchen on her profile with the red backsplash and counter is mine), four bathrooms (one new and three refurbished), all staircases and flooring, and a loft added in the attic. Julie's help has been invaluable and I could not have had all this work done without her. She has been tremendously helpful at every stage, from planning, laying out the rooms, selecting and procuring most of the material and engaging and supervising contractors, all the way to quality control. Julie has shown herself to be diligent (she has a keen sense of the critical path in delivering a project), resourceful (she will suggest cheaper/better options to meet my needs), practical in her designs while striving to match my design tastes, demanding to suppliers and contractors, and importantly, fun to work with. I will hire her again for any work I will do in this house or the next, and have recommended her to many friends and colleges.

The bathroom was completely renovated using Cuisine Harmonie Design as consultant. Julie Chartrand was very professional and helpful throughout the construction process. No delays were encountered in the delivery of the different materials. She promptly answered all questions that arose either by phone or physical presence. I would recommend her services to anyone. I would be pleased to rehire her for any other projects in the future.
