We reached out to this company for getting our condo redesigned and they were quick to respond. They took us to their showroom which had a variety of furniture within affordable price range. Once we gave the approval, their team began working and finished the job in a timely manner. We’re satisfied with the final product. Recommended highly!

I am happy I hired D'Amore IDS to do my kitchen remodel. I met with Claudia and discussed my desires for my kitchen. Claudia was very attentive and came back with some design plans. She transformed my ho-hum kitchen into an inviting living space. She suggested very creative ways to use the space and gave me the why behind the design choices. I love, love my kitchen, Claudia did a terrific job !!! my kitchen was a total remodel from tearing everything, floor, cabinets, appliances and even moving the sink and dishwasher. She worked very close in designing and mastering the existing floor design into the most beautiful kitchen distribution and tv room. I am so thankful that we hired Claudia . She is very knowledgeable and has the degrees to prove it . Big projects need expertise in many areas . She understands design but also the myriad of issues that are parallel with construction. She works well with everyone . She works tirelessly and she cares . Project costs are clearly understood. We started almost with a blank slate with our kitchen. We started demo on our kitchen and quickly realized we were over our head. We called Claudia in and she is not afraid to get her knees dirty. Literally, she brought in her measuring tape and had a great vision of the final product. She provided a contract with drafts and detailed drawings of what is to be installed. The quality of products and end result were really appreciated. She was able to coordinate between her contractors. We were so happy with the final product.

Claudia was hired to help with installing a new countertop island. Her expertise allowed me to see a different way to put the direction of the island. I was very adamant at first I didn’t want it moved. She was able to use a measuring tape and show me how much more walking space I would have with the new layout! She was absolutely right! My island now sits further away from the kitchen table, which used to be a problem with people getting up from the table, bumping into people sitting at the counter. I’ve witnessed her in action with other professionals, and she knows her stuff!

Claudia was hired to remodel two bathrooms in my home starting in July of this year. Installation began on July 11, 2022 - here is what happened: 1. Her tile installer was unlicensed and did not install the tile or the drain in accordance with the local building codes resulting in water pooling and not draining in the shower (see image 1 and 2) 2. Her installer improperly set the drain to high, improperly pitched the floor, and improperly installed the liner which resulted in the water leaking through the floor, into the crawl space and damaging the sub-floor (Images 3 and 4) 3. She refused to take my calls or respond to text messages after she was made aware of the issue and asked to address it nor was she willing to refund a portion of the full payment payment she received. 4. I chose her because of her credentials which turned out to be falsified. 5. This resulted in the floor and sub-floor having to be ripped out and replaced and tile on the wall having to be ripped out at an additional cost of $4100.00 of which she has refused to take responsibility for any portion of this cost even though her company and installer caused the damage and improperly installed the tile, subfloor, and lining. I will not and cannot recommend her for any work as this was the worst home project experience I have ever had!

I hired Claudia about a year ago for a complete remodel of my north Scottsdale home. She was responsible for designing and fulfilling all the cabinet needs through my home, and for the countertops. To be fair, her designs are great. The problem is that this is now February and multiple times over the past 8 months, she has yet to complete the "punch list" of outstanding items that need to be addressed after the cabinets were installed. She scheduled carpenters who never showed up, only to tell me multiple times to "be patient". Most recently on January 21st she said just give her to the first week of February . I never heard from her until I finally told her I feel she has no intention at this point of finishing my job. Not once in the past 8 months has she reached out to me proactively regarding my identified punchlist. Unfortunately she insisted she be paid in full and I trusted that she would honor the followup items. That trust has shown to be very misplaced. I've since learned that this is a pattern with Claudia. This is all unfortunate because she has good ideas on cabinets and countertops. But that is all for naught if issues with the final product are never addressed, and documented concerns literally seem to fall on deaf ears. My advice to others is to not hire Claudia; and whoever you hire, don't pay in full until the job is done!

Claudia is a professional and is knowledgeable in her field. She really helped me stretch my budget and seemed to understand what I was looking for. I trust Claudia and will recommend her and I have recommended her for other jobs. My house looks completely different and I have had many comments on how great the styling looks. Thank you Claudia

We wanted to do a complete remodel of our challenging hexagon kitchen and create an open living room kitchen concept. That meant we had to take down walls, redo electrical and plumbing and replace existing appliances and reconfigure windows to maximize the view.. Claudia did an incredible job giving us the exact look we wanted. We put herringbone brick in the ceiling and backsplash. The cabinet style and color was perfect. She spent time locating the right light fixtures and took me to a marvelous place to get hardware. She spent an hour with me picking out the perfect wall color. Claudia has an artistic eye and picked out our living room furniture for a cohesive look.. She was always aware of our budget and worked hard to find things at the lowest price. She always was available and would come over when she was needed. A few days ago a group of friends came over for a luncheon and they were amazed at the transformation. I heard many superlative compliments on our remodel and disbelief that our old living room and kitchen was now “ the most gorgeous space they had ever seen”. I have worked with designers and have redone over a dozen kitchens in my lifetime. Working with Claudia was by far the best experience and gave us the most stunning design.
