David Gray Design Studio

The David Gray design studio recently renovated our kitchen, including the removal of two load-bearing walls. It was a large project, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Everyone who has been to our home has since been so complimentary of the remodel. Once we opened the kitchen to the living room, we ended up changing our fireplace to an entertainment center, which David Gray Design Studio did a wonderful job with! The whole house looks completely different from the moment you walk in the front door. Janet is an awesome designer - we loved working with her!

I can't say enough about working with Rachel and Janet at the Design Studio at David Gray Plumbing. They kept the process very collaborative and were very comfortable taking what I had already envisioned and helping find the ways to really improve and add to to it. They also swung with the changes as they came along, too. I loved how quickly they processed the overall concept and immediately and efficiently put tile choices, fixtures, cabinets and options before us - not in an overwhelming way, but in a methodical yet creative way.

Having our Master bath out of service for over a month was inconvenient but the outcome was worth the wait. David Gray’s employees were considerate of us and our neighbors and are extremely talented. We had a positive experience from our initial consultation to project completion.

Janet and Rachel’s design guidance was immeasurable during the demolition and remodel of our master bath. Their skill and professionalism resulted in a spa-like bath. Throughout the process: Promises made were promises kept.

Our experience with Design Studio David Gray Plumbing was 5 star. we could not have been more pleased. Our project involved 2 bathrooms...a complete redo after removing the bath tubs. Our situation was a bit unique as the project was done over the summer while we were away. The staff kept is informed of the progress. In addition, they installed security camera in the master bath so that we could check on the progress by live stream. We are thrilled with the results. We arrived back late fall to a clean home. They had a cleaning service come in after the project was completed...there was not a speck of dust to be seen.

This has been a very pleasant experience from start to present (one third complete). The Design Specialist and Houzz have helped me to create just the look I am wanting to have in remodeling a 50 years old home to updated and functional. When I have a question or concern, the Project Manager is quick to respond and willingly makes changes as we go. For example, one wall was taken down to a half wall. I thought it was still too high. No problem, six more inches was taken off. The subcontractors are professional and as unobtrusive as they can be. The quality of work has been excellent. Budget has changed only when I have requested an add-on and has been reasonable. Not all projected deadlines have been met but reasonable explanations are provided.
