David Thilk

David is an absolute rock star. He took our wreck of a bathroom and turned it into an amazing masterpiece, as well as helping with our kitchen and a number of other areas. I highly recommend him!

I found David on Houzz and he worked with me designing and advising on a complete renovation of a 2 bed, 2 bath waterfront condo in St. Petersburg, FL. Choosing David was one of the best decisions I ever made. David met and exceeded my expectations. David listened and delivered 150% on what I needed- a modern, contemporary design on a not-unlimited budget. He wowed me with delivering a very detailed, professional and precise set of plans early on. Super useful. For example, it made going to granite fabricators a breeze. When traders saw my plans, they knew I was serious, so I got their immediate attention. Also, the plans allowed us to estimate with precision exactly how much materials and square footage I needed (hardwood floors, granite counters, bathroom tiles, cabinets etc). Took the guesswork out of the equation immediately. Other reasons David deserves five stars: * Impeccable taste and judgment. * Extensive knowledge of local traders and contractors (not being a local resident, I needed advice on where to go, who to trust, who does good work and how they all compare with their competitors). David's advice was candid and spot on. Otherwise, I'd be shopping around blind and waste a lot of time. * Great with communication. Replied emails and texts with lightning speed and with useful ideas. * Super-nice guy. While describing my experience with neighbors who also renovated, but without a designed like David, they were all impressed. One neighbor told me she should have hired David before undertaking her renovation.

Mr. Thilk was second to none. Every detail was executed perfectly and I could not have asked for a better designer for my kitchen/ laundry room remodel. Perfection at it's best!

David has the ability to transfer the client's wants and needs into the space they would have never imagined to be their own.
