We ordered a knife set that was delivered with a scratch knife block. Sent it back and it's been weeks and I have not received my refund. Contact the seller, and all they tell me is that it will be processed in 3-4 days.... it's been another week since then. There are so many retailers out there.. shouldn't have to wait more than 3 weeks to get a refund... very frustrating
