We hired home depot to install quartz countertops, an apron front sink, faucet, disposal, and a window in our kitchen. The workmanship was fine and almost all of the employees were kind. However, what was suppose to take a month or so...took nearly 5 months to complete....and since they had already remove our old sink, we had no running water in our kitchen during this time.
If I were to hire them, I would make sure to find an employee at the store that would help overlook the progress of the job and help with communication between departments and the installers. I would also ask for phone numbers and names of the key people in each department.
Other than the wait time and them installing the wrong window (we are still waiting for this to be corrected), I am very happy with the way my kitchen turned out
