I went through Lowes for all of my material purchases on my currently-underway renovation project. They were easy to work with and good prices. I also love their credit account service. It helped me to afford the renovation with little to no interest costs.

They did a great job, a little expensive, but it was worth spending the money. I would hire them again in the future,

Bought new washer and dryer and a deep freezer. Staff was very helpful with answering questions and arranging delivery. The day of delivery they were in our area and delivered 3 hours earlier than our appointment. Once installed the tech stayed to make sure the washer and dryer worked properly and explained all the high tech features to us.

We had Lowes put new counter tops in our kitchen. The quality of there work was excellent. No complications. In face we got a refund on some supplies we didn't need but had purchased. Lowes has a extremely easy return policy. We highly recommend Lowes.

We have relied on the appliance dept. over the years to give us great recommendations and discounts of products, even beating the lowest competitor on same brand products, and installation, & service of microwaves, washer & dryer, refrigerator. We have also purchased doors and had them installed by their subs. We buy all our paints from Lowes. They are great about returns and exchanges. They are our first and last stop in shopping for home products.

I had them come out and measure for a quote for carpet but did not hire them because of their highly inflated price compared to other carpet shops in town. I will say that they were helpful in choosing a product, but not helpful in making it easy on my wallet. I do go to Lowe's alot, and enjoy there store, selection, and prices-for the most part; I am just saying there carpet is overpriced!
