Please do not use this company and gamble with your renovation. While the actual kitchen cabinets were of good quality dealing with M Mulvihill was a nightmare! He was pleasant, attentive and very responsive in trying to get our business. However, as soon as he received my $14,500 upfront mind you, things went downhill. He began no returning calls or emails. They becan the install early June 2017 and it now the end of November and I do t have all the kitchen bathrooms products yet! I’ve heard every excuse under the sun, workers out sick, family emergency, oh and our favorite “I didn’t realize tomorrow was Thursday”. YOU RUN A BUSINESS where you take people’s money! He has stopped returning our calls so I had to call the cabinet manufacturer to find out where my stuff is. I’ve had several contractors in while Remodeling our house and this is hands down the worst experience. Renovations are stressful enough without dealing with someone who isn’t professional enough to fulfill his own contract.

beautiful kitchen for the most part but some terrible subs. After job was done I spent $3000 to fix improper electrical work. More$$ on AC work they still owe me punch list item and won't call me back. Would not use or recommend them again.

Found Kitchenality on the Houzz website and they had really good reviews. So needless to say I had them come out to my home and give me an estimate for a kitchen and three bathroom remodels. I was really excited to get started and was given numerous brochures and phamlets to start picking out cabinets and various other finishes. After meeting with Katie I was informed I would be receiving an itemized estimate via email in approximately one week. The first week came and went and week two I called Katie to inquire about my estimate. After a phone call, text and voicemail I never heard back from Katie. It wasn't until I called their main office number and spoke with the owner that I was verbally given a ball park number for my estimate and was informed I would receive the itemized estimate in a few days. Well those few days came and went and I NEVER received my estimate even with follow up phone calls. Long story short DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I guess a kitchen remodel and three bathrooms must have been to small of a job for them.

The professionals at Kitchenality just completed my kitchen in at the end of September, 2015. They did an absolutely marvelous job from the design stage to the final completion. Particularly the professionals are easy to work with. In other words they are very personable and very knowledgable regarding design and making suggestions for cabinet choices, counter tops, and lighting. i was extremely pleased with the look of the final project. The carpentry, electrical work, and installation were completed with precision and care. Most importantly, the professionals at Kitchenality work to ensure your satisfaction with the final project.

We had new counter tops and a new sink installed and we absolutely love it the designer was so professional and did a great job with helping us pick the right products it took less than 2 weeks to complete.
