Koch Construction

Our friends recommended Koch Construction when we were looking to build an addition on to our home. At the onset, Jeff (Koch) provided a timeline of the project and all benchmarks were met. The quality of the work is excellent, the employees were courteous and professional. No debris was left in the work area at the end of each day. Two years after the completion of this project, we hired Koch again to remodel our kitchen and reconfigure a stairway. Once again the quality of the work is excellent, employees courteous & professional & no mess left at the end of the day. Both projects were completed within the promised timeline. In May 2013 we contacted Koch's regarding water damage to our basement & the replacement of drywall, carpet etc. A quote was received but to date we have not proceeded with the project. We have recommended Koch Construction to friends & neighbors.
