My original review was posted during a difficult time when I couldn't seem to get my rough in valve shipped correctly from Italy. I would now like to revise that with a glowing review for Cristina and the entire team in California who saved the day! While it did take a long time to get what I needed, Cristina at Maestro stayed in contact. And when she found out we hadn't received any response from the case she setup, she immediately involved her manager. They were amazing! They setup a video call and then called Italy later that same night. They got the rough in valve fast tracked and we had it in a little over a week! The entire time it felt like they truly cared about the end result. And when we had a follow up question regarding the face plate, Cristina setup another call with herself and Rami, the support manager, to answer my questions. They were kind and always friendly - my situation was unusual and I now know they did their best for me! And the products are amazing, the quality is better than anything else we've ever purchased and we are thrilled with them. If you want beautiful and the best, I can definitely recommend Maestro Bath. Thank you Cristina and the entire team that helped us! I will be posting photos once all our gorgeous fixtures are installed. :)

We purchased beautiful vanities, pedestal &vessel sinks, and faucets for our project and couldn't be happier with the experience. The quality of the products is exceptional, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. I purchased both the Artik Faucet and the Artik Shower System. The products are beautiful and of top quality. In addition, the customer service that I have received working with Matt has been awesome! He is always available to help me with any situation.

I discovered MaestroBath a year ago when I was searching for luxury bath products for my new construction build. Top quality, one of a kind items, custom design options, unique glass and crystal sinks and accents that cannot be found elsewhere - I could go on and on. Top that with the amazing customer service I continue to receive from Matt and I couldn't be happier! I traveled to the MaestroBath showroom from Florida and while that might seem crazy to some - the experience was of huge value. Seeing the products first hand is very inspirational and really helped me come up with innovative designs for my new home. If traveling there is prohibited - call and ask for Matt - he will send photos, modify designs for your personal needs, request product tweaks for your particular color needs, etc. ALL IN ALL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE - I WILL GO BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

Wow - I'm so happy with my beautiful silver leaf color bathroom sink! I drove 1 1/2 hours and entering the showroom is breathtaking! I spoke to Matt over the phone and he assured me I will fall in love with the sink - he's right! I also purchase a faucet and pop up drain too. The best part of my trip the sink and accessories was loaded in my trunk and will be installed in two days. Thank you Matt for awesome customer service.. I'll be returning soon when I start remodeling my master bathroom.

Only recently discovered MaestroBath, but my first purchase of 2 sinks turned out to be even more beautiful than the photos. The follow up contact was quick and courteous and they initiated it. I just bought 2 faucets, and glad to rely on their courtesy, advice, and support and good return policy (none from me so far) and shipping to addresses not at home to be sure they arrive when we are at work. very courteous help.
