We previously used Marc Smith Bespoke to design and fit our kitchen and dining room, and came back to them to fit our utility. Having worked with many different tradespeople over the years, they are the best we've come across - and are a truly impressive outfit. Aside from the outstanding quality of their work, they work to time and to budget (and also manage to be considerate to the hectic family life that carries on around their work/project!). Our utility was finished recently, but our kitchen (completed by them over 3 years ago) has been superb - no snags or hidden surprises - just high quality workmanship and an end product that lasts. Can't recommend them highly enough.

From design through build and aftercare, Marc and his team have given outstanding customer service. We looked for a bespoke kitchen, utility room and built in furniture for our Victorian home that would feel sympathetic in character, but provide modern ease of use. Our expectations were consistently exceeded for example with the imaginative creation of a dresser using an upcycled set of chemist’s drawers. Moreover, there was always an incredible attention to detail and this continues in their aftercare. Would recommend Marc without hesitation.

Marc leads a great professional team that have completed two projects for me. The first was cladding my stairs in oak with oak banisters over large glass panels. They coordinated with the glass manufacturer and the installation was perfect. I always felt confident they knew exactly what they were doing, not something you can say about some organizations. The second project involved replacing kitchen worktops, installation of new white goods and refitting existing electrical devices all within an original carcass. This required absolute measurement precision and I was thrilled with the end result, especially my new large kitchen larder. Marc's team were always polite, clean and efficient, respectful of my home and willing to accommodate my requests and answer my queries. I look forward to working with them again for my next bathroom project.

Marc and his team were worth their weight in gold. Marc project managed a complete refurbishment of our home: knocking down walls, new ceilings, 4 bathrooms, kitchen...all whilst we were living and working in it! They were a pleasure to have around for 8mths turning our vision into reality and a lovely home.
