I knew I would hire Klint (Millbrook Construction) the first time I talked to him. I am a VERY detail-oriented control freak, and I’m extremely picky about the smallest details (just ask Klint!). In our very first conversation Klint talked about how the “last 10% of the job is the hardest to finish.” ...All the trim work, paint, finishes, etc. that are done at the end of a job are what people are going to see and live with everyday. Klint understands this, and this is the top reason I hired him. We are SO HAPPY with our remodel and have gotten amazing feedback from friends, family, neighbors, etc. Klint remodeled our Downtown Penthouse Condo which was quite a challenge because of: super strict HOA rules/laws, working hours (8am - 5pm only and no weekend work allowed), demo trash haul off-site, elevators, 3 story condo unit with A LOT of stairs, work space, parking, etc. His crew was GREAT, and we never once had any issues with the above. We went down to the studs in our unit (EVERYTHING redone except for the original, natural wood floors - because they are still in great shape), and Klint helped me make decisions when it came time for layout and design. He has worked for a major national builder in the past, (another reason I hired him) and has so much knowledge when it comes to building. He told me what would be good for resale and where I should save money. He helped me budget and had an answer for all our questions. He was great at communicating and took lots of photos throughout the process - to show us the progress. I absolutely love our home and I’m super happy with how everything turned out. Oh, we were also asked to do a commercial and segment for KPRC Channel 2 and the Downtown Management District after they saw our remodel on Instagram. Ask Klint to show you (I can’t post the link here because of the houzz rules).

$1,000 - $9,999
I hired Millbrook Construction to handle repairs at my duplex as a result of foundation work. I had very specific requests. Klint and his team accomplished everything within my budget and even finished under-budget and a day early. I am so satisfied I plan on hiring them to do work to the external structure as well! They were clean, courteous and always on time. I will only use them for my remodeling needs!

We worked with Millbrook to remodel a house in the Heights and they did a fantastic job. Whitney is phenomenal, she guided us through the entire process and built a house a beautiful addition! Her design sense is top notch and her crew is great. Highly recommend Klint and Whitney for your design and build projects.

We hired them to remodel our kitchen and laundry room, which included new cabinetry, plumbing, electrical and flooring. Millbrook provided us with multiple design options, and was able to provide 3D renderings so we could actually "see" the space. They exhibited the utmost patience and flexibility during process of the design, even when we introduced new ideas after we started. They managed all this while being conscious of our budget. Unlike most contractors, they tried to keep us within our budget or under. Klint, John and all their crews showed the utmost respect to each of us ( including the family dog) while at our house, and were very polite and professional. They also kept everything clean and tidy during the remodel, which isn't easy. They provided us a very accurate timeline of our remodeling. Each day we received an update, along with the objectives for the day. Much to our amazement and excitement, they finished the job a week early! We would highly recommend them, and already have!

Commented: Great design... How wide is the pull out? Was it custom built? We built custom to the washer and dryer with a 1" clearance to to right, left and top so they still could be removed easily.
