Precision Granite

Very courteous and thorough granite countertop selection and installation. We had some blemishes on the surface that they came out and fixed for free. Overall very happy with our new countertops.

Precision Granite was a real pleasure to work with. They were very patient in helping us pick out the right materials for our counter tops and island. Precision Granite did the granite countertops and the cabinetry for two kitchens and two bathrooms, plus two coffee tabletops for me. I am extremely pleased with the look of the granite and cabinets, and the professional installation of all. One cofee tabletop was cut from a remnant, and I must say, it is a work of art. Doug is a delight to work with, endlessly patient as I looked at all the slabs numerous times. His staff is great, and the few small corrections that needed to be made were done in a timely manner. I enjoy working with this company!

All and all it was a great experience. They keep on schedule from the order date to the cut date and delivery and installation. Thank you

Scratched the shower tile edging and drywall which I had to repair as best I could. Rest of install was good.

Our replacement countertops are beautiful. The professionals at Precision Granite were knowledgeable, courteous and excellent installers. This was our second project with this company. We will gladly contact them for any future projects.

Precision granite has done a great job for us on both of our kitchen jobs. The first was a new build and was cabinets and granite tops. The cabinets were great quality. The design was off some and the delivery guys were awful. But we liked the cabinets. The granite fit perfect and the installers were awesome. The second job was countertops for a remodel.. again, installers and fit were perfect. Our biggest complaint on both jobs has been zero follow up from the sales staff.. we have spent over 20k dollars here on the 2 jobs and not once has anyone come out to check on things, see if we were happy, nothing. Once the installers walk out you won't hear from anyone again. So, great product, great installers, no follow up.

From discussing possible look / materials thro design layout proofs to installation, the team at Precision Granite were fantastic ! Great to work with, can we make a couple of tweaks, sure, no problem, very can do attitude, very professional and everything came out perfect. High praise, Im usually hard to please ! I’ve been happy with Precision all along except for one thing . There was a big delay in getting the countertops done, but this was supposedly due to a shutdown at Thanksgiving due to Covid. I talked to them, my builder talked to them and applied gentle pressure. They came through a day earlier than scheduled. But the quality and beauty of the work is exquisite! The installation was incredibly well thought out by cutting and running the horizontal surface up the backsplash to simulate a continuous slab from horizontal to vertical. The thoughtful and beautiful job of splitting the slab in half like a mirror on both sides of the kitchen sink is just awesome. I’ve never seen anything so exquisite. A very artistic, amazing job. You can’t rush art. I’d actually rate them a 5 except for the delay, so I’ll give them a 4.9. It truly is an awesome job!!!
