Root West Interiors

I ordered Cabinets from Root West and when delivered in August 2025 the quart of touch up paint wasn’t in the order. I have been calling and calling for 4 months and I do not get a return call from Emily. It is now December. Unfortunately one of the cabinets was scratched upon installation and I need the paint.

After collecting $17,000 for payment in full of custom cabinetry, Root West Inc., did not deliver all the materials. Instead, Root West, Inc. asked us to verify the package slip matches the labels on the box delivered. This is not the issue (obviously, what was shipped on the packing list should/will match what is posted on the box.) The issue is the wrong products were delivered and the paid for products were not delivered. This included products of the wrong cabinet size, wrong number of drawers, and 4 missing cabinets. Root West refuses to resolve the issue and instead states they no longer serve our area. The similar situation happened with custom plumbing. Further, Root West has incredible ideas for spacial layouts. However, the designs do not match the measurements of the room. For instance, the kitchen design was off by 5 feet and missing a window (had uppers where the window is). On another kitchen design, Root West had 42" upper cabinets but the ceiling was not tall enough to have that size cabinet, but rather 36". In our ignorance, we hired Root West for multiple projects around the same time. Hence, all the issues started to surface when it was time for receiving the materials and installation. Root West cost us tens of thousand of dollars by no one's fault but theirs. Do not do business with this company unless you pay after everything is completed successfully.
