Did an overall decent job on kitchen but staffing issues and overselling jobs resulted in significant flaws and time delays. Flooring and ceiling work were shoddy at best and later when notifying owner of issues we got a runaround and lack of support to fix the poor quality of the original work. 40K+ $$ spent and lack of commitment and support. If I were you, I’d run and take my business elsewhere.

I worked with Dan in picking out new quartz counter tops, back splash and sinks for my kitchen and master bedroom and can't be any happier with the final outcome. Back in 1992 I was thrown in becoming my own general contractor when I built my home so I got to work with various sub contractors. My experience with The Kitchen Solution and Dan's staff blew me away. Everyone who was working this job took pride in their workmanship and made sure it was done right! Which is something that is hard to come by in today's world. The final outcome speaks for itself, a quality job, at a fair price, and no headaches at the completion makes me a very happy homeowner. I would recommend The Kitchen Solution Co. to anyone that wants to do a kitchen renovation and I would absolutely use them again in the future! Dan's design was creative, clean and functional! He listened to all of our wants and wishes, even moving my laundry room upstairs. We are a busy family, and John, Tim and Bo made our lives so much easier during this process. We were working from home (coronavirus pandemic) while this renovation was being done, and we were able to watch the transformation each day. We were in awe at how they were able to problem solve any barriers that came up, involved us in each step of the process and how clean they left our home each day after they were done working. With our children and 3 dogs, this made our lives much better! They're honest, hardworking and dependable. When investing in a home improvement such as this, these are the qualities that I wanted/needed to see. We trusted them with our kitchen dreams and are so grateful for their hard work.

If anyone is thinking about remodeling your kitchen don't do anything until you have The Kitchen Solution Co. come out for an estimate. Dan, John, Tim, CJ and Bo were awesome. We were working from home for the whole thing, so it was awesome to watch. This wasn't just a remodel it was a huge renovation and they went above and beyond every step of the way. It was like having your buddies over working. Could not have turned out better and we could not be happier!

The Kitchen Solution Co team did an awesome job with design planning, recommendations, timely and communication. They suggested and helped remove the old kitchen and saved me to use the old kitchen cabinets to resell them. There were existing issues that they corrected as they went. They kept a clean house as much as possible at the end of every day. They redid the wood flooring in 5 areas of my house and put in new kitchen and countertops. The house is more efficient now and updated. They were great to work with.

The Kitchen Solution, Co. team far exceeded our expectations. From design, through installation this was an great experience and we ended up with our dream kitchen. I would recommend this team to anyone. It's not just the designer, Dan Slagle, who was great, but the installation team are a group of expert craftsmen and professionals at a level you don't see much any more. We were very comfortable with them in our home and Dan is now a friend for life.

Dan and his team were incredible from start to finish. We wanted a more functional, modern kitchen which meant more cupboards and counter space. Dan designed the perfect kitchen for us. John & Brian were meticulous and paid special attention to details. Their experience assured me that there was never a problem that they couldn't find the solution to. My husband and I both love to cook. Our existing kitchen was totally dysfunctional with limited storage and prep areas and basically...ugly. We have Houzz to thank for not only giving us an idea for our final kitchen design, but also for leading us to the contractor we chose. Our new kitchen was a 20th anniversary present to each other. The other was to hire Dan Slagle and his talented team from The Kitchen Solution. We knew a kitchen remodel can be a long process since it affects such an essential part of the home. From start to finish, Dan and his contracting team went "above and beyond." Dan was very accommodating and listened to our "issues" then proposed effective solutions. He was very patient with our travel schedules and willing to make minor changes. Brian, John and Trevor worked in tandem and were awesome! We knew from the first day when we met John that we were in good hands. He launched the project, tore out the existing kitchen, and always took great pride in making sure the blueprint matched the execution. Brian continued the effort and his attention to detail was unsurpassed. His "can do" attitude and ability to make sure things worked as promised, come only after years of experience and dealing with customers. He always explained what to expect next and to how to take care of our new investment. Trevor was a delight and supported both craftsmen by always leaving the work area immaculate. The entire team's combined experience and sincerity are qualities you can't screen for in the proposal stages, but really appreciate when you're lucky enough to experience it. Our new kitchen is something our family will enjoy for the next 20+ years. We would absolutely recommend Kitchen Solution for any remodeling project you are considering.

My wife and I purchased a century home a few years ago and slowly worked through the process of restoring the property. We saved the largest project for last, our kitchen. Dan’s design was in a class of its own and his price was very reasonable. He was very patient as my wife and I visited his store 5 times over 3 months in order to finalize the design (wood species, stain, counter-tops, etc.). The lead time of the cabinets was consistent with what was committed to. He personally delivered the cabinets and inspected each unit before leaving our house. Even though we installed the cabinets ourselves Dan remained accessible for questions during the installation process. Also, the company he referred us to for counter-tops was A+ as well. The only thing we would do differently is have Dan install the cabinets rather than handle it as a DIY project. If we ever remodel our existing bathroom or move and need a new kitchen, Dan will be the first person we call.

Had a new kitchen remodel. These guys were excellent. Would definitely use them again. The guys cleaned up every night they were finished and left no messes. Very nice and professional.

Purchased cabinets for a kitchen. After getting quotes from over 15 places I found Kitchen Solutions to be the best quality, most affordable, and they had the quickest delivery time of all the companies. Most kitchen cabinet companies needed 10 to 12 weeks for manufacturing & delivery, Kitchen Solutions delivered within four weeks of ordering.
