Third Generation Renovation

I hired James to do a complete bathroom remodel, going from ceramic tile and a tub to all marble with a walk-in shower. I can't say enough good things about him and his quality of work! I interviewed quite a few contractors before choosing him, and I'm so glad he was the one to do the job. He was so dependable, always on time, cleaned up his work every day, and started and finished when he said he would. The quality of workmanship was outstanding! I'm thrilled with the finished project!!! He really cared that I was happy and kept me updated every step of the way. I will be hiring him again for another bathroom remodel next year!

2nd Master Bathroom complete renovation/remodel. Installed tile shower walls/floor/sitting bench, tile bathroom floor, free standing vanity. Reconfigured existing laundry room to accommodate side-by-side washer/dryer instead of the stackable washer/dryer.

I hired James and Mark to renovate my master bathroom (remove one piece shower and install a tile shower, replace toilets, remove plate glass mirrors and install medicine chest, install dimmer switches). They were very professional, punctual, polite, and personable. They kept everything neat and clean and did all the work themselves (no subcontractors! I like to know who is in my home). They do excellent work.

James and Mark were very professional tearing out my old bathroom and putting a double overhead rain shower that my wife and I envisioned. Both were exceptionally detailed to their craft and extremely respective of my home. Many individuals today that you bring into your home are very dis respective to your home and furnishings. They did not damage or bring mud into my home. They did all things possible to eliminate dust and dirt to filter throughout the house. They placed a plastic door between my bathroom and bedroom. They were neat and all marble cuttings were cut outside and carried upstairs. Making numerous trips to greatly eliminate dust and dirt floating throughout my home. This was a custom design bathroom with very detailed pattern alignment of the marble. They painstaking placed all pieces with equal distance spacing . Unlike many today that do not take that much pride in their work. Our bathroom looks as great today as it did when they installed years ago. I highly recommend them. They are punctual, courteous and are professional craftsmen. They are not just installers.

What's the big 3? Price, Quality and Delivery. 3rd GenReno delivers on all of those. But, they compound that with being genuinely good, honest, hard working folks. We contracted James and Mark for a bathroom renovation and are going to again for our master bath reno as well as some cosmetic changes to our fire place and entry to our home. We are in the 25th year of our 1970's built home and renovations are inevitable. Prior to contarcting 3rd Gen as a referral from a tile distributor, other contractors have done work in our home with less than happy endings. 3rd GR didn't have simultaneous jobs requiring a stopage on our project. They started the job and finished the job before moving on. Here's to happy reno endings.
