Yoder Construction

I hired Yoder Construction for replacing the roof, windows and siding on my home, and for the building of the detached garage. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and cannot say enough about the workers, who went above and beyond every expectation. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a home makeover.

Yoder Construction finished a portion of our basement into a large play room and a full bathroom. The work was started and completed on time and on budget. They cleaned up the work site each day when they were finished. Stan and his crew always laid down tarps when they had to walk over the existing carpet. They were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Stan Yoder and Yoder Construction for your next construction project.

Stan Yoder and his crew did a great job on this project. Stan's price was very competitive. He was honest and dependable. He was flexible and easy to work with and completed quality work on schedule. I was very happy with the workmanship and I would use him again.

I had a ramp built from the house to the garage, and it is wonderful.. Also had a deck constructed last year from the house to an above ground pool. The workmanship was great, the workers were neat and professional. The deck was finished when it was promised, and at the price that was quoted. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and left in perfect order.

They did a room renovation w/deck and garage tear down/ rebuild. Their communication was excellent, along with nothing but professionalism when at our house working. The project was completed ahead of schedule and there NO surprise cost add-on's. We are extremely happy with the results and will call them if I ever have any new projects in the future.

They worked well with us on a plan for remodeling our bathroom. They got to work on time, did a professional looking job, finished on time & within budget! We are pleased with the way our new bathroom looks and would hire Yoder Construction again.

The construction work was coordinated and finished in a timely manner. The subcontractors were helpful, knowledgeable, and did good work, except that we would recommend a different plumber be contracted if doing this again. The "look" that was attained is pleasing. Some of the last minute finishing work done on the doors and their trim seem a bit "rough", but overall, we are happy with the remodeled project.

We moved to a different home in May 2013. We decided we'd like to add a fireplace which this home didn't have. At first we tried to do this on our own - contacting fireplace stores, plumbers, electricians, masons, etc. It was a long, frustrating, never-completed procedure, We finally hired Yoder Construction as general contractor. What a difference! Stan Yoder and his subcontractors did more in a month than we were able to get done in 8 months! He, Luke and all the subcontractors were friendly, polite and most important, from our point of view, reliable. When they said a job would be done by such and such a date, it was. What a contrast from our earlier experience! If you're fortunate enough to get Yoder Construction for your job, do it!

Yoder Construction did an addition and remodeling to a 1920s cabin. It was completed on-budget and essentially on-time. Yoder did what he said he was going to do; the only delay was created by a sub-contractor. The quality of the work was high, and Yoder was willing to work over a long period of time, going back and forth to get the architectural drawings in line with the family's needs.

I had Stan pour a patio and remodel our lake cottage. He was very professional and detail oriented and the work met or exceeded my expectations. I will be using him for future projects and would reccomend Yoder Construction to others.

Yoder Construction did the work on the date promised. They maintained a neat work site and cleaned up before they left. They were friendly and charged a reasonable price.

Stan came prepared at our very first meeting with a tape measure and lots of questions/suggestions. I never would have thought about all of the options that I had without his guidance. He was more than willing to do estimates of each and every option. It was clear that customer satisfaction was his priority. Yoder Construction completely remodeled my two bathrooms - new bath tub/shower, new sinks, new vanities, new floors, new mirrors, new lighting, new ceramic tile floors, and new accessories. They also installed new countertops and a new sink in the kitchen as well as new lighting. I was always kept apprised of the time line and the cost. They finished in a timely manner at a fair price. I feel like I have a new house. If I ever need any other remodeling, I will definitely call Stan and Luke.
