The staff at Bath Designs Etc. have always been very honest and trustworthy. I have bought from them many times over the years and always feel overly satisfied. They give great advice when starting a project from the very beginning as well as help to "revamp" or brighten up an existing bathroom or kitchen. My husband and I just put in a brand new bathroom. When arriving for my appointment I was unsure of what I wanted in my new bath. After picking out only the vanity, Lori was able to help me really decide on the fixtures and other materials. Using her opinion as well as her interior decorating abilities she was able to guide me in through the process. My husband and I are both very pleased with our finished product and I know I could not do it with out the help of Bath Designs! Even after we weren't able to work with the contractor she recommended to us, due to his estimate, she worked diligently with us ensuring all of our fixtures arrived on time.
