I had some difficulties with my order, had to do a return and repurchase and Adam was a joy to work with, I initially was worried but he was cordial and professional and assisted me very well. Because of Adam I will always look to Aston first for my home needs. Respectfully, Stephen

I wish I could put zero stars. We ordered a bathtub from this company, they claimed the item was in stock but it still took over a month to receive the item. When it came in it was damaged, they were responsive at this time and scheduled to have the freight company pick the tub back up and claimed I would receive a refund since I did not have time to wait for another tub to be delivered. I waited a week for the refund, thinking they would give it to me once the tub was returned. After no refund was seen I called and left them a message (you will never talk to anyone in person with this company) I then emailed them and they said they would process the refund right away. This was three weeks ago. I have left numerous voice mails and sent about 10 emails asking about my refund and have received no response. I even warned them that if they did not respond to my last email I would get my credit card company involved and have them get my money back for me and start writing bad reviews. So here we are, they did not respond so I am just stating what kind of company they are. I would not recommend using this company for anything. I honestly don't know how they are in business with customer service as horrible as theirs.

Not sure what the problem is with this company but they charged me for 2 toilets that I cancelled a long time ago. When I messaged them about it they promptly responded and promised me a full refund on Dec 7th. It is now 23 days later and I haven't seen the refund. I have sent several emails and I call everyday and they won't respond or call back. Maybe they are out for the holidays? But 3 weeks without a response is unacceptable by any standards. I may have to get the credit card company involved to get my money back. I will update soon.

Adam was extremely responsive and helpful during our project. Initially our contractor could not find the hardware associated with the sink/vanity. We contacted Adam and he immediately contacted the source. He was willing to give us a refund for the hardware since we were under a time crunch with the installation contractor. A day later our contractor found the hardware inside the sink, so all was well. Thank you Adam for your excellent service!!!
