Overall was very pleased with all the work and the way everything was done . Everything went smoothly snd all the workers were neat and courteous .

Got paid months ago for supplies, never heard for him since ! Now he’s hiding ( stoped going to the local Home Depot ) won’t call back , doesn’t answer his door !

Frank is a wonderful professional his work is impressive and he is honest courteous does terrific work will use again for future projects and recommend him highly

Frank Altieri was hired to renovate my new house here in Trumbull ct. I was very impressed with his level of skill and knowledge. His pricing was fair and accurate. Frank always delivered on his promises. The job went smoothly and everything basically went on time. The work that was completed came out wonderfully. Hired Altieri construction for a kitchen renovation and wall removal. They did a fabulous job with everything. From start to finish, the craftsmanship was of the highest quality, they showed up on time, returned all of our phone calls and explained every aspect of the job as they worked on our home. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! I paid a deposit to have two doors installed and a porch rebuilt. I signed a contract that said "Altieri Construction prioritizes on a first come first serve basis i.e. signed & dated contract ...deposit ... first available date...." My contracted shows a start date of 6/20 with completion on 7/1. On 7/10 I called Frank with a status, on 7/12 he responds via text, that mother nature cases his delay. I grew up in the construction world and understand there are thing like weather that are our of his control, however did it rain for 10 straight days? He says in his text, he will begin the next week so I requested a start on 7/26. I hear nothing. So the next week I come home from vacation and he still does not show up. I call again he now texts me and tells me he will start on 8/1. i called him this morning and he texts that he will have materials delivered this afternoon. I wait at home all afternoon long and no one shows up. I don't understand how someone like this stays in business. This is an example of a bad contractor who tell his customers anything and delivers nothing. If my family had ran their business that way I would have been embarrassed and never able to afford to hire a person to do the type of work that he promised to do.
