We are very happy with the bath to shower conversion completed by AP Advanced Construction and would hire them again. Artur, in the showroom, was extremely helpful in developing the project details, answered all our questions, and gave us sound advice. Eddie, the General Operations Manager, coordinated everything, kept in constant contact regarding the progress of the project, and solved unanticipated problems with ease and expertise. Because we live in a condo community, it was important to us that the company abide by strict condo rules and coordinate through the management office. We never had a single issue or concern. What impressed us most about AP Advanced Construction was their professionalism and quality of work. They are true to their word – highly recommend them.

I run a small business and I know a lot about customer service. So do the folks at AP Advanced Construction, Inc. I walked into their store on San Jose Boulevard and spoke with Keith in sales. I asked if he could come to my home and look at a kitchen island in desperate need of replacement. Keith came by and told my wife and me that he had some ideas and that he’d present a proposal in a couple of days. He did and the installed price was acceptable. Well, the cabinet and its fixtures were delivered a couple of week later and the installation took place in just one day about a week later. WOW! What a difference that has made to our kitchen. Keith recommended a quartz countertop and we are so glad we took his advice. Our new kitchen island is spectacular. Eddie the general operations manager organized a great couple of guys to do the installation, Josh and Cody. The office kept me informed of the progress of the project via text and email and by telephone. Everybody was extremely polite and accessible. I worked primarily with Keith as the consultant and designer and person who oversaw the projects. He was great to work with, knew his info, made great suggestions, came to the house often to check on the progress. We built a great rapport. I also worked with Gerard and his work crew which were multiple teams such as electricians, plumbers, cabinets, counters and tile work. He was amazing the way he kept things organized with multiple jobs staying on top of things keep the projects moving. We had had our master bathroom remodeled. We had our garden tub removed. We had new shower wall and floor tiles installed. We also had new vanities, sinks and faucets. Our lined closer was enlarged! Great workers! Love our new bathroom!!

We shopped around for a company to do our Kitchen remodel. We chose AP Advanced after meeting with the salesperson, there was no pushy sales pitch, which was refreshing. He explained the process and helped us come up with a design and choose materials. We couldn't wait to get started. They handled everything from start to finish, we didn't have to worry about hiring others to do pieces of the work. Most construction jobs have delays and hiccups along the way, AP Advanced let us know step by step what was happening and made it right. Our new kitchen is beautiful, we love it.

AP Advanced construction company did a great job on our remodel of our home. From the first meeting, to signing contract, coordinated meetings for designing, picking out all products for our kitchen and two baths were seamless. We had access to the whole team from designing, ordering, logistics of scheduled deliveries of materials and the supervisor for our project. We had full communication during the entire process by call, text & email with quick response. The timeline was meet and actually would have been 3 weeks earlier but a cabinet color issue when delivered for install had to be reordered. Still meet deadline. This is the third project from them on several properties and all went the same, seamless, on time and correct. Anything that needed addressing was completed and walk through punch list and warranty periods all done timely. I had several quotes for all our remodels and honesty, integrity and completion times is vital to us and why we’ve used AP Advanced for all 3 times. So like anything these days it’s even more important and you you get what you pay for. In this company it was what we have come to expect over the years. I would highly recommend and refer their services for any project you may have whether small or large. We have gotten nothing but praise on our remodel from friends and family and a lot of “ I can’t believe they did all this in our timeline” Many would tell of nightmares of contractors dragging way past timelines, downtimes when they started until returning, not seeing progress, no communication, to shabby work, workers and lack of help to get done timely.

My Mom needed her tub removed and replaced with a shower. They came right away and measured then had us come to the showroom to pick out what we wanted. They started earlier than originally planned and they explained everything every step of the way. They also gave suggestions on things we had not thought of. They finished sooner than we thought. Was pleased with the outcome.

This was a wonderful experience. The people are professional and the work was excellent. They came when they said and called me to keep me updated on the project. I will recommend them.

We reviewed a number of construction companies and choose AP Advanced Construction. Very impressed with the showroom and the professional staff. We had 5 bathrooms to complete and the workers were very good craftsman and good to work with. This was a big project and we had a good team to communicate with on every detail. They kept us informed every step of the process and we had others to lean on if necessary. Even the President/Owner of the company was involved. They wanted to make sure that all of the details were completed and communicated. A good group to work with, glad we choose them.

The showroom is beautiful and the Owner is very nice. The craftsmanship was a bit lack luster and the communication between us the, project manager and the contractor left a lot to be desired. But the small project was done in a timely manner

Our bath shower remodel came out great! The crew communicated with us each day with the next days arrival time, which was very helpful. Any issues that came up were resolved amicably.

I visited the showroom of AP Advanced Construction Inc after having several estimates from different people. I was met immediately upon arriving in the showroom by the owner. Everything was done in house which saved me valuable time as they have many selections of tile, flooring and countertops, also fixtures. Once the construction started they were there nearly every day and let me know when they were coming. The workmanship was perfect. Like every project there were a couple of hiccups but nothing that wasn't resolved quickly. I highly recommend AP Advanced Construction.

We recently contracted with AP Construction on San Jose to do a Complete Remodal of our Hallway Bathroom. After setting up a in-home visit, we then met at their place to pick out All the tile , fixtures, shower doors . EVERY thing was shipped direct.y to our home. We had a pre-construction meeting , where we met the Field and Job Supervisors. . The work crew demolished the old in one day. And everything was Hauled away by them . The remodal crew arrived day2 and set to work . The tile crew did excellent work both on the Floor and the shower areas. Finally the Custom Shower Doors got installed The workers were Polite , and respected the house by leaving a Clean Professional Job. Thanks for a Beautiful updated Bathroom

Communication was almost nonexistent from AP advanced construction. The tile that was done in my master bathroom remodel was done by someone that supposedly did tile work in Italy. They might add white color floor tiles to a wall that was supposed to be all silver wall tiles in Italy, but I did not request this. The tile guy did not speak English as with most of the subcontractors used for this experience. We had to used hand and feet to show him what was requested. There was a superintendent assigned to this project. He was mostly non existent. He graced us with his prescience three times in three months. This company does respond. Do not recommend this company. This was very frustrating and stressful to deal with this company.

AP Advanced completed our Master Bathroom remodel also laid porcelain tile thruout the master bedroom that stretched into the ensuite. They were Professional, Courteous, Thorough and had excellent installers! We love the results.

From the day Benny came out to give an estimate to the day of completion, they were nothing but professional. They said it would be approx 6 weeks from start to finish, and it was just that - both bathrooms were gutted and re-tiled in a matter of 2 weeks, and they did an excellent job. All of all my questions were answered and any concerns were quickly addressed throughout the whole remodeling process. I would absolutely hire them again.

Advanced Construction recently completed a shower remodel for my husband and I. The company had a great selection to choose from in their beautiful showroom. The workers were courteous and completed quality tile work. My shower is beautiful and any issues I had were quickly remedied to my standard. I would definitely use this company again.

We used AP Advanced to remodel our master bath. We were happy with the finished job and highly recommend them. Some highlights: We entered this process with a general footprint of what we wanted. The combination of Benny, their designers plus the showroom, helped us to make design / aesthetic choices that resulted in an elegant, functional new master bath. Simon and his crew did the work from demolition through final details. Simon has over 20 years of experience in remodeling. The workmanship is excellent, his tile guy is an “artist”, the rest of his crew are detail-oriented building professionals. They are good folk and we enjoyed having them work in our home. Throughout the process the crew took steps to protect our home from the unavoidable construction dust and dirt. This included a covered walking path from the garage door to the work-area and covering all furniture and surfaces in the master bedroom during demolition and early-stage (pre-tile) construction. They even sealed off the bathroom and took construction debris through the bathroom window to minimize dust in the master bedroom. We contracted on 3/31, construction started 6/1, and finished on 7/3. Simon’s crew was in our home for 7 days during this time, 6 days at the start - demo through cabinet installation plus a day to finish the details after the countertops were installed. Overall an efficient process. (Countertops require a measurement after cabinets are in place, and take 10-14 days to acquire, similar for shower glass) AP Advanced has back-office people to manage the purchasing and logistics to offer a turn-key service on a remodel job. When questions or issues arose, the were responsive. Overall—AP Advanced Construction is an excellent choice for a remodel.

Had two bathroom showers remodeled. Contractor made my visual a reality. Wanted them also to offer more safety features (health and elder family members a factor). The final result not only provided that safety with easier access ("mom's), but the aesthetic look was well combined. Professional, courteous, on time and work space left clean each day.
