CUISINES BEAUCAGE

Nous avons acheté un condo dont la cuisine a été faite par la compagnie - la compagnie a ensuite été vendue alors que notre condo était livré et nous avons été confrontés à des problèmes dans notre meuble de cuisine lors de l’installation qui n’a jamais été réglé dont le fond était fracturé sans parler d’une bande de champs manquante. La compagnie n’est jamais revenue réparer ni remplacer le tout. Suite à la vente la communication a été obligatoirement faite via la compagnie de construction afin d’éviter une communication directe montrant clairement le niveau du service après vente. Nous avons été déçus par le manque de service et de professionnalisme. Une plainte a été déposée à l’office de la protection du consommateur en conséquence.

I had the worst experience with this company ever. The delays due to bad measurements & bad design were astounding. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

My kitchen renovation was completed in "5 days"; Marie-Hélène Gravel is a top-notch designer with a 15-yr experience; she is very dedicated, showed lots of patience with the several changes I brought throughtout the planning of my project and she is reliable, She makes sure that our budget is not over efficient and very creative. (Completion date April 2015.). I have already recommended this firm to many of my friends and neighbors. Cuisines Beaucage gives an after-sale one-of-a-kind service; this family owned business doesn't require the last 10% balance until their clients are entirely satisfied. What other firm does this; it's what I call "proof" that their client satisfaction is their ultimate goal. I highly recommend them.

We're building a house, which will be delivered in July 2015 and have just started working with Alain to map out our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Alain Dumouchel is knowledgeable, competent and extremely good at what he does. He has also kept us on budget, has kept us in the loop with the latest updates or changes and he's offered great advice and recommendations on resistant materials, due to the fact that we have a rambunctious young child in the household! Overall, Cuisines Beaucage is professional and at this moment in time, we're very impressed with the process of working with this company and shall update with photos once our house is delivered.
