D'Cassa is absolutely top-notch. I found them through a local google search when I typed in 'luxury custom bathroom vanities'. From the moment I visited in person I was enamored. Their office and display space is jaw dropping - their style is so tasteful and modern. Their staff is so professional, warm and welcoming. White glove service. I worked with Heydika, Busra, Lidvia, Heriberto, Maydet for the most part - all fantastic. I had a general idea of what I wanted but I wasn't 100% sure. They patiently managed me through the process and I don't think I was a simple client - I had a million questions, I backed out of decisions and changed my mind a couple of times, my contractor delayed the date that D'Cassa's team could install and D'Cassa still held my product in the warehouse and didn't fine me. They were flexible with my dates. Their architect came over to my my home with an installer to ensure all the measurements were exactly as needed. They were on time and respectful and all the great things. The other thing I really appreciated was that they pull together 2D designs and presented them to me in their office in a beautiful glass room with a large screen. We walked through it together and agreed on any modifications. Then they pulled together 3D sketches - beautifully done - it painted a picture of the full setup 110% clearly including all the specs. I work in corporate Marketing teams so this type of setup was my cup a tea. Speaking of libations, D'Cassa also serves you a meaaaaaaan cup of Turkish coffee in gorgeous Turkish cups. Amazing! What a touch of service. The installation was perfection. Everything was perfectly done. Now - I paid beyond my budget and I had to wait a little longer for the delivery (since this particular job was done in Turkey and delivered to the US) but I think it was worth it. Mainly because of all the things I mentioned above but also because the quality of the work and material is great. It suits my needs and ultimately I'm happy with this. If you are trying to decide between this vendor and another, I'd say you won't go wrong with this one.

I do not make a habit of reviewing companies (this could take up most of my day); however, Maydet and her team of professionals deserve my time. This topnotch company re-designed my kitchen. My husband is an engineer with superior standards—a hard-to-please perfectionist with workmanship. He met his match with Andres' from D'Cassa, who is as good as they come, a truly excellent crafts-man. We had a ton of work done over the course of the year, and this is the only company we would recommend. My kitchen is gorgeous! After being paid in full, Maydet and the crew still reached out, still followed up, still drove an hour from Miami to Palm Beach to adjust things we wanted changed, to add a shelf, to move the LED lights. Many times. They worked with me on price. They worked with me on material. They were honest with me and professional and delivered on-time service. Maydet also helped me find appliances, shop accessories, and recommended things that had no revenue gain for her. It's rare to find quality work and honest people these days and we appreciate this company. One of the best experiences we have ever had with (our many) house projects.

Prices were good, they were on time and I liked the communication as well. I think they deserve the 5 stars.
