When we purchased our 1971 house in Bellevue I had a "vision" of the type of update to be done. I had seen some of Doug's previous work on some of our close friends' houses and knew he was the guy! It was SEAMLESS from start to finish! It was so nice to work with BOTH designer and contractor. Doug is a one stop shop and makes the process as easy as it can be! I never felt out of the loop or like my ideas were not taken seriously. He incorporated all of my ideas and then put a FABULOUS spin on them! A true artist and one of the nicest of guys! We will have Doug back to do MANY more updates on our eclectic ranch.

Doug is a true craftsman and designer. He was the contractor and co-designer on a whole house remodel. Because of his architecture and interior design training, Doug is able to visualize the space differently than a standard contractor. He is environmentally conscious with materials and design. When designing, Doug thinks outside the box, but is also willing to modify designs as needed. It is a true partnership,when working with Doug. To be honest, there was no need to modify his designs because they were exactly what we were looking for in our remodel. We would definitely hire Doug for any future projects.

Doug created some built-in cabinets & shelves for our family room. He did a beautiful job. He listened to our needs and came back with a lovely design, including suggestions for materials. Everything was on-time and on-budget. We were and still are very pleased with his work.
